The third Death Riders Council meeting was held August 24, 2000 at 9:00
pm Central.
The next meeting will be Wednesday August 30, 2000 at 9:00 pm Central.

Outlaw_DR called for order and Starmaster_DR ordered cheeseburger and
fries.

Question was called for last meetings minutes.  Additions and corrections
were called for and none were made.


Outlaw_DR  asked that we vote on  _ skitz__  to be a new member.   He was
accepted unanimously and brought in the meeting to be congratulated.   He
is now known as _sKiTz_DR.

Outlaw_DR suggested that we put a limit on how many members we have in
the Death Riders.  He expressed concern for overgrowth that may cause the
gang to die.   After discussion it was determined to not put a cap on it
for now.  If the council does a good job of monitoring who joins the gang
there should be no problems.

Outlaw_DR said he will update the members page.

PahPah_DR asked if everyone had MS Word so he could attach the minutes to
the email instead of putting it IN the email.   No one has MS Word.   He
will continue to send in IN the email.

PahPah_DR suggested that bi-laws be created from what has been discussed
in the minutes and all concurred.   PahPah_DR volunteered to put it
together so council can vote on them.

The fourth Death Riders Council meeting was held August 30, 2000 at 9:00
pm Central.
The next meeting will be Wednesday September 6, 2000 at 9:00 pm Central.

Outlaw_DR called for order.

Question was called for last meetings minutes.  Additions and corrections
were called for and none were made.

Then Outlaw_DR fell out of his chair and out the window.  While he was
gone, PahPah_DR stated that he did not have the bi laws written up. 
Before the council could linch him up Outlaw_DR jumped back in his seat
and smacked his pistol butt on the table and hollered "recess is over".  
 PahPah_DR wiped his brow saying,  "I'll work on it this weekend."  Then
pointed out that he won't be at the next meeting.  Starmaster_DR chimed
in with his not being able to attend the next two meetings.  Outlaw_DR
said the meetings will go on and that he will record the next meeting.

PahPah_DR  let everyone know that ewdokee accepted the DR badge and is
now known as ewdokee_DR.   Outlaw_DR banged his pistol butt on the table
again (I think he gets his kicks outa that) and proclaimed that he would
publicly post it.

Outlaw_DR then went on to say that he hopes to have a script this weekend
completed that will allow the council members to add to the news.  
Shotgun_Sam_DR suggested we name the news paper Hi-NOON News.   All
concurred.


The meeting was then adjourned.   We all heard a loud bang and ran.  Not
sure if it was someone ambushing the council or if Outlaw_DR banged his
pistol on the table again.  We did not stay to find out.

The sixth Death Riders Council meeting was held September 14, 2000 at
9:00pm Central.  The next meeting will be Thursday September 21, 2000 at
9:00 pm Central.

Outlaw_DR gave us a low down of his week.  All except Shotgun_Sam_DR were
sitting there mesmerized not wanting to interrupt (Sam was listening to
the music Kyrptonite).  Outlaw then broke the silence by slamming his
pistol on the table for order.   Again, Tuco_Rattone_DR dove for cover. 
Poor guy will be a nervous wreck.  Sam turned off the music and Pah
watched to see if anyone was gonna fall out the window again.  

Question was called for last meetings minutes.  Additions and corrections
were called for.  Outlaw put his hand on his pistol and everyone eagerly
agreed that the minutes were fine even though the date of the last
meeting was incorrect.

PahPah_DR gave the final vote needed for Marshall_Angua, Dak_Doc, and
Blastin to officially make them a part of DR.

Many were discussed as prospective members.  PahPah_DR suggested that we
not vote on folks just to be voting.  We want to be nice but not sell the
farm.  Instead of just bringing the names to the meeting and then vote on
them, we need to make an effort to get introduced and get the know the
prospective members.

Outlaw_DR called for new business.  PahPah_DR> suggested that Branson, MO
be the next DR convention site.  He suggested that Mesquite Charlies
Steakhouse be the DR restaurant.   All decided to table the discussion
until more thought can be given to the subject.

The seventh Death Riders Council meeting was held September 21, 2000 at
9:00pm Central.  The next meeting will be Thursday September 28, 2000 at
9:00 pm Central.

Shotgun_Sam and PahPah were discussing their previous game and Outlaw
tried to interrupt but they continued by discussing a possible new member
to DR.  Outlaw tried to interrupt again and they changed the subject to
Shotgun_Sam's bursitis.  Outlaw then got a little impatient pulled out
his pistol Tuco_Rattone's eyes got as big as saucers while Pah and Sam
continued their discussion.   Outlaw pounded the pistol on the table and
Pah just ignored him and kept talking to Sam.  Outlaw drew his pistol
back again to bang it one more time.   Between strokes, Tuco had drawn
his pistolas and held them on Outlaw thinking he was being shot at again.
 Pah whirled in fear, Outlaw banged the pistol butt again and ducked just
in case Tuco started to fire.   Fortunately for all, Tuco had forgotten
to reload.   Pah turned to Outlaw and studdered, "We're back boss."

Outlaw asked if there were any additions or corrections to minutes. 
There were none.

Since Sam was not doing well, Outlaw jumped right to new business.  Sam
is taking a temporary leave from the Council until he can kick this
bursitis problem.  All reluctantly concurred.  Sam waived his voting
rights until he returns to council.  Council voted to waive the
requirement of being an active member to remain in council.  Sam will
return to his post once he has recovered.

Sam then exited.

While discussing a possible new member, Tuco fell asleep next to the pet
bobcat.  Pah tried to shoot the cat but missed and woke Tuco up.

The eighth Death Riders Council meeting was held September 28, 2000 at
9:00pm Central.  The next meeting will be Thursday October 5, 2000 at
9:00 pm Central.

PahPah very lightly tapped on the table to call the meeting to order, so
as not to shake up Tuco again.  His aim is getting better and Pah didn't
want to take chances.

PahPah asked if there were any additions or corrections to minutes.

Starmaster gave the final approval for Dusty_Hill and Fresh__Breath to
become members of DR.

The eleventh Death Riders Council meeting was held November 2, 2000 at
9:00pm Central.
The next meeting will be Thursday November 16, 2000 at 9:00 pm Central.

Outlaw, Star, Sam, and Pah were deep in conversation about T3 DSL
connections while Tuco slept.  Outlaw tried to get their attention with
little luck.  So he banged pistol on the table to bring order out of
disorder.  We all whirled expecting Tuco to pull out his pistolas.  To
our surprise he was still snoring.  

First order of business was to vote Lil_Senorita into the council.   We
all voted a harty yes while Tuco took time from his siesta to wave a
sleepy hand, nodding his head, making it unanimous saying... "Si".
Outlaw officially spoke her into council.   Ending it with "May God rest
her sould."   I think he meant soul but may have been secretly sippin on
Tuco's tacela.   In any case, hopefully we'll see her at the next meetin.

Outlaw asked if there was any more old business and all declined.  Tuco
again waved his sleepy hand sayin, "Not old, just eldest" and smiled.  We
won't tell him how we all were snickerin and snortin about him talkin in
his sleep.  Don't wanna rile the mean ole rat.  Not healthy!!!

Sam nominated Hitman_DR to be a member of the council.  All voted aye,
including Tuco with his sleepy wave and nod.

Pah moved we limit the number of council members to seven.   All agreed,
including Tuco saying, "hmmmm, the magnificent seven.....  Si."

Then Outlaw got real personal asking Pah if he had the By-Laws done yet. 
 Pah shuffled and stammered around looking at all the cold stares.... all
except Tuco who was still snoring in the corner.   He said he'd get them
done for next meetin....  <>  I'm closer than I was.  I got em
started.  OH...  I guess I need to save that for the meetin.

After all business was hashed and rehashed Outlaw banged his pistol on
the table to adjourn the meeting.  Sam lit a cannon fuse.  The familiar
sound woke Tuco with a start and he dove out the window.  All others
followed while Pah stood and whirled wondering what the commotion was all
about.  Unfortunately, he found out  too late.  After drinking 30
canteens and applying 22 first kits he is finally back up and walking
around.  That must be why he didn't get the By-Laws done yet....   Ah.. 
Yeah... that's the ticket..  

The twelfth Death Riders Council meeting was held November 16, 2000 at
9:00pm Central.  The next meeting will be Thursday December 7, 2000 at
9:00 pm Central.

Pah had trouble finding his way through the door again.  He can't figure
out the code. 

We all sang happy birthday to Tuco.

We were all so excited to see the Lil_Senorita we kept crowdin the
doorway so she couldn't get in til she started to draw her pistolas. 
Then WE ALL jumped outta the way.
Of course that woke Tuco up and we had to jumped back OUT the door before
HE started shootin.

Then we all admired, ewwwwwed and ahhhhhh'd over Star's finger pin that's
suppose to come out.

All of this was going on while we were waiting for Outlaw to finish
hearin Halfpint read herself to sleep.  I hear that she does all the
reading and writin in that house.

Pah noticed Outlaw pullin out his pistol to call the meeting to order and
warned Senorita to duck.  Then he dove under the table for cover.  Tuco
tried to warn him that it was loaded but Outlaw didn't hear him soon
enough.   The gun went off, scared Senorita, parted Hitman's hair, broke
a window and almost shot his own hand off.  Tuco was awake enough to dive
behind the sofa.   And the meeting came to disorder.

Pah checked to see if anyone could find an error in the minutes.   He
made a GRAVE error.  It's a wonder Tuco din't take him outside and whoop
him.  He misspelled... Tequila.  ACK!!

Then we had to vote Hitman into the council.   Star and Tuco strong armed
him and made him turn his head.  We voted him in and turned him lose.

Outlaw decided to sing us a song so Pah played the music for him and we
listened to his love all DR's song while Star stood at attention.  Nice
song really!!!  J

The council members present voted to have BamBam become a member.  Outlaw
started to officially name BamBam as a new member but Pah grabbed him to
stop him from breakin the law.   Outlaw thought Pah was attackin him and
turned to fight.   Tuco thought BamBam was in right then and tossed his
sombrero into the air in celebration.  Senorita pointed out his error and
he put his sombrero back on and slowly crawled back in his sleeping
corner.   Star broke up the fight between Outlaw and Pah.  (Whew... Good
thing too.  Outlaw bites.)  Outlaw hid behind Senorita makin it look like
he was afraid but I think he was just usin that as an excuse to get near
the Lil_Senorita.   Pah tossed an insult toward Tuco and Tuco slowly got
up, put a bottle on Pah's head, and pulled his pistolas out like he was
gonna shoot at the bottle.    Outlaw and Senorita dove under the table. 
(hmmm)   While Pah was froze with fear, Tuco stopped and introduced
himself to Lil_Senorita and Hitman.  Pah let out a big sigh and let the
bottle fall to the floor.

Since Sam wasn't present we couldn't make the call.  Later Sam concurred
and BamBam was brought in as a DR.

Tuco bought a round of cervezas for the council and Outlaw adjourned the
meeting by slamming his pistol butt on the table and diving out the
window so he didn't get shot.   When we all picked ourselves up off the
floor and looked out the window, we could only see a trail of dust.
